Mike D and Silver listers

It had to happen! Go to:

http://www.libertymall.com/start.htm --

HOW TO REACH THEM BY EMAIL: http://www.libertymall.com/Misc/comments.htm
http://www.howtobehealthy.com/

They appear to sell a "TDS-1 Knock-off" at 40 bucks and claim it tests
silver ppm. IT DOESN'T !!

There is a main manufacturer in Portugal. You can
just order some and have them print any name/SPEC. you
please and call/claim -- what you like. That's free enterprise if one
has no ethics.

This type of scam will "DEVALUE CS" this "gift from nature to humanity".

Hanna charges 15 bucks and they have never called it more than a water
tester for testing salt in water -- i.e. salt in solution. Hanna also have
a silver tester -- "Now don't get excited" -- it tests for dissolved silver
waste from the photographic industry etc., again not suitable for
measuring silver colloids.

WE ALL NOW KNOW THAT THE TDS-1 OR THIS GADGET CANNOT MEASURE PPM IN
COLLOIDAL SILVER -- NOW DON'T WE?? No PPM dunking gadget exists -- that
actually works directly on a silver colloid -- with any real accuracy!!

Sorry to harp on this again Mike D!! I did take in your last comments on
the more sophisticated testers -- from Hanna, again it's a water purity
tester (in Microsiemens), agree? and I WILL AGREE THAT FOR
STANDARDIZATION THEY could/will BE HELPFUL for more accurate testing of the
start-up D.Water and the final flattened power graph curve and all in
Microsiemens

GOOD PEOPLE -- You will only appreciate this when you have observed a
dozen or so
polarity switching brews (4 to 5 hours) with your trusty MMeter and record
every 15 minutes the current variations and and steady climb and final
peak and then the flattening off, indicating the brew is finished,
for all practical purposes. THIS HAS BEEN WRITTEN BEFORE. I'm just reinforcing
this concept.

Next: General throw-away comment without meaning to grandstand, so be gentle!!

CS brewing standardisation is a must -- it will happen better with education!.
Just like we all have accepted responsilbity for our own and family's
health, we must also all become a little knowledgable about the
technical aspects of the brewing process -- you don't have to be a rocket
scientist or brain surgeon or even a computer programmer superman or woman!!
But of course if your are -- then that's your good fortune etc etc.

And if you don't want to advance any further than the silver electrodes
on 4 x 9 volt batteries, then that's good and perfectly adequate too.
In the loger term -- this is a more expensive solution. And with CS you
will be in for the longer term -- Mine is a life sentence!!

OLE BOB'S -- 20 DOLLAR digital MULTI-METER WITH AN EXTRA SET OF PROBES
and paddles FOR SAY ANOTHER 20 DOLLARS (including the soldering iron
IS A BETTER SOLUTION.

You simply get more for your money!! You then have something of real
usefulness -- it measures all those little electronic bits like
resistance and voltage and current -- all indicators of what's happening
in your brew --

Thanks for the education Ole Bob! I really don't know yet what all the zeros
mean, but I'll get there in a half arsed sort of way. There are some
fine people on this list -- and they -- all in their own kind ways add
to our individual knowledge and education !! A GREAT BUNCH!!

You can tell I just love my Multi-meter!! And yes, I do own a TDS-1
still!! But I repented my sinful ways -- a harmless mistake. We
all have to start somewhere. And again "many thanks to Mike D" for
making it all possible for most of us!! Looking forward to the
"alternate list". IF ONE ONLY HAS THE TIME!!

Mike D -- Thanks for taking the time to comment directly recently --
you were also close to the mark on my exclamation "AgHHHHH". I couldn't
think of the symbol for gold at the time!! although it doest't quite
have the same visual affect. And you know what they say -- "don't let
the facts get in the way of a good story line".
Now -- I have shot myself in the foot!!

Anyway, listers don't be fooled and don't pay your 40 bucks -- tell
everyone, and don't forget to contact <http://www.libertymall.com/start.htm>
and advise/tell/shout/spam them -- how misleading and useless and how
overpriced/rip off/rip off/ rip off -- the gadget is. Their claims are
not accurate and I believe technically FALSE. But hey, who's going to
sue them? Buyer beware ------ !!

In Silvation and Silavating and rabbiting-on profusely --

rabidly yours -- Douglas Haack -- AgHHH!

PS: shout, scream and tell everyone!! Repost this on to all!!
