Well, I know about harvesting personal preferences-I see ads for things in SA in the little sections on google because it knows where I live. I just didn't think it would access private groups. I did see a way (someone wrote about it) to stop google from looking at where I am, so I set that and now g doesn't show these things. Still-personal preferences are not private group messages. I wonder if duck accesses private groups.
