Willard Water will also enhance the effects of any medications being taken
so it is a good idea to watch responses and adjust accordingly.

Hi, Asif. I have found wonderful pain relief with DMSO. I only use this
particular DMSO product because I believe it to be pure. (I have no
affiliation with the company.. I am just a customer.) Do dilute this
70/30% mixture by about 30% distilled water or even 50% when first starting
off. http://dmso.bz/pages/1/index.htm

DMSO is a 'carrier' and will penetrate into tissues very deeply but.. it
takes everything it touches with it... so make sure your skin and hands are
clean (no soap residue or lotion, moisterizers, etc) When you first use it
(just dab it on.. don't rub it in), there may be some initial redness and
itchiness but that won't last long. With each usage, the reaction lessens
and finally won't happen at all. It is marvelous stuff.

The other thing that can help is hyaluronic acid, a substance that the body
produces and uses to lubricate joints, etc. I use the vitacost brand (read
the reviews) and start off with 4 - 6 per day, tapering down to a
maintenance dose of 2 per day as you experience pain relief.

Also Willard's Water.. available from http://www.willardswater.com/home.php
(again, I am just a customer and I trust this site.) It seems to enhance
the effect of whatever supplements you are taking, is a great antioxidant
and seems to alleviate some arthritic pain.

There are a few more things, but yes... diet is important. Try to eat
fresh, wholesome foods, drink plenty of clean water, get out in the fresh
air and moderate exercise. Limit your exposure to toxins (fumes, chemicals,
flourides, chlorine etc).

I also use shark cartilage (a great anti-inflammatory) from time to time,
sleep on an earthing/grounding sheet and use castor oil packs when I have a
flare up. I take all these things myself in lieu of otc or rx pain
relievers and they are relatively inexpensive and easy to take/use with
little side effects.

If you need any more info.. just give me a holler.. glad to help. Lola

Hi silver list,
I wonder if you you guys have any good treatments for arthritis in the
joints. Knees and fingers especially.
The person has been taking around 10ml of 15ppm silver once a day and
reports its helps.
The person is being put on increased painkillers for this condition which
has its own side effects .
So I seek the wisdom of the usually very helpful people here.
Thank you.
Peace to all.
Asif.
