Dee, if you have my BLACK SALVE & it's old you may need to add a few drops of H2O2 and that is to emulsify the B.S if its dry, You could warm it too, like with a small pan on a small burner for just s few seconds. Warming dry BS can revive it and help it stick to the target better too as it will get a little wet.. Tel Tofflemire
