Good question! I've been meaning to ask Marc about this and other things that the stomach might alter or interfere with. DMSO and MSM are similar in lots of ways, although DMSO is 'smellier' for a lot of people. Actually, You can put DMSO just about anywhere and it will go everywhere. I put it on my knee, topically and within 40 minutes I'm tasting it: that odd clam/garlic taste. I also use Brook's mix: 75% CS, 15% Glycerine, 10%DMSO in glass roll-ons I get from eBay.
