Marlene; No,I have not changed my recipe.I see no reason to do so. The main purpose of going Liposomal is to ensure that as much of the Vit. C gets into the cells as possible.Brooks Bradleys’ experiments with Lipo-C will show that over 90% does get into the cells.Taking Vit.C orally requires Mega doses to achieve that.Orally it has to pass the gamut of a multitude of enzymes, digestive fluids.acids . and, particularly the biggest glutton of all,the Liver with its’ bile salts.By the time all the road toll booths along the way get their ounce of flesh, dam little gets to the target. Also in many cases mega doses of Vit. C can lead to unwelcome side effects,ie loose bowels as one.Because of its’ nano size [micro balloons filled with Sodium ascorbate ] easily slip past all the impediments and are absorbed. The lecithin balloon skin is then used by the cell for re-building. A word of caution; I would be very reluctant to use any other substance [without having prior knowledge of success with it] in this way as it will end up in the cells,by-passing all the bodies safe-guards. I hope this answers your questions. Harold PS,Some latest findings show that Calcium can be over-done with unwelcome results.

I recently started making your recipe with variations as outlined below and wanted to check it. Calcium ascorbate from Bronson 1/4 tsp equals 1000 mg with 115 mg calcium ascorbate. I am using 1 Tbsp Phosphatidyl Choline and 2 Tbsp of soy Lecithin. My most recent dose I added 6 VRP optimag each containing Magnesium 120 mg, succinic Acid (Magnesium Succinate)140 mg, taurine (Magnesium taurinate)170 mg, Malic Acid (magnesium malate)105 mg, aspartic Acid (Magnesium Aspartate) 60 mg. I follow your mixing directions and have been taking 1 oz (jigger) 3 times a day. I think this may be too much can you say what mg dosage you recommend? Do you have any recommendations as to the procedure I am doing? I would also like to add Glutamine. Thank you Marlene Hanson ----- Original Message ----- From: Harold MacDonald To: Silver list Sent: Friday, October 15, 2010 4:17 PM Subject: CS>Fw: Liposomal Vitamin C,Lecithin This is my recipe for it now. Subject: CS: Liposomal Vitamin C,Lecithin After trying a few different ways to make Lipo-C,I settled on putting 3 tblspns of Soy Lecithin in one cup of DW and let it sit at room temp.until Lecithin was fully in solution. Then I put two[2] tspns of Ascorbic acid in 1/2 cup of DW plus one tspn of bicarb [1],let it fizz right down.If I see any sedimentation on the bottom, then I tweak it by adding a pinch of Vit.C.,if it fizzes then I add a bit more until no reaction. If the first pinch of C does nothing, then I add a pinch of bicarb,if it fizzes then I repeat the process until no reaction. I have found this to give me as close to 100% as you can hope for.In my last four brews I had two with very slight traces of Leci. floating on top. These seemed to be from larger sized granules. When I measure the Lecithin I do notice that the size of the granules do vary.If I had a precise scale I would try doing it by weight, just to see. Harold I use the jewellry cleaner from Harbour Freight now. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I am using the Free version of SPAMfighter.
