I have a Needak Rebounder (http://www.needak-rebounders.com/) that I
have used for years. I am now in my 70s, and I don't leave the
surface, have never left the surface. I rebound for 15 minutes at a
time, often twice a day, and it works great for me. Keeps my joints
happy and gives me the exercise I need.

I have the Folding Hard Bounce Rebounder on this page
http://www.needak-rebounders.com/categories-browsing-page.php?catMode=2&cid=20098&type=

I also bought the stabilizing bar for when I get too old to just
rebound, but I have not had to use it yet!

I got the folding one because we used to travel a lot and I always
took it with us going cross country so I could get my daily exercise
on it.

There are several good books on rebounding at
http://www.needak-rebounders.com/categories-browsing-page.php?catMode=2&cid=4006&type=

I was never a great exerciser but when I first saw the Needak
rebounders, I thought that might be good for me. As I said, I have had
it for many years, and I almost never miss a day of rebounding. Love
it. Feel good. Not gaining weight. All good.
