I love porcelain-clad cast iron (and regular cast iron) for frying etc...
paul revere stainless (the old stuff) for regular cooking and corning ware
to heat up stuff, for baking, roasts, casseroles etc.  I try not to use the
microwave or  aluminum anything.  Oh.. I also love my old, wonderfully
seasoned cast iron skillet for my cornbread.  Yum.   I don't use any
non-stick anything.  Lola H.

ps.. Almost forgot.. I also have some glass corning skillets I use for
things like fried apples and making gravies.  Easy, easy to clean..
