Best thing to do is simply make or buy your own CS brewer. If you must buy, I recommend from SOTA instruments in Canada. Just make certain to clean your electrodes every 5 minutes during brewing. Use distilled water only and brew first batch for like 2 hrs. Subsequent batches you can start with a seeding quantity of the previous batch to increase the conductivity of the distilled water and you would need only 45 to 60 minutes. It is well worth it. Remember to constantly clean your electrodes during brewing or they might get burnt. I boil distilled water in a pyrex kettle because hot water influences particle size of the ions. The smaller the better. You can still brew without boiling the distilled water of course. Shying away from making your own will cost you a lot of money for nothing.
