Hi Harold, Currently I use 36 grams of Nutribiotic sodium ascorbate powder dissolved in 720ml of room temp distilled or pure spring water, then add two tablespoons of liquid sunflower lecithin and whip together by hand until I have it finely dissolved, then pour into sonicator and run 4-5 successive cycles of 480.
