That would be a *tack* store. Or a feed store. Or a farm store. Bottles of DMSO will be on the shelves of any of these -- and it's unlikely that anyone will ask any questions about why you're buying it -- there's nothing illegal about buying it.
Incidentally -- frequently you'll find roll-on DMSO, and jars of DMSO gel right alongside the bottles of the liquid. Both of these products are great for use on sore, arthritic joints.
