As a newbie to this health area I need some advice from those more 
knowledgeable than myself..Could someone please tell me if the two 
retail bought brands, Sovereign Silver and American Biotech (Silver 
Biotics) can be recommended as safe and effective? If not are there any retail 
brands that can be recommended? Thank You
