Hi Gary, Marc Fett, over at Lymestrategies, has come up with a great adjunct to his S&C protocol that consists of MSM ans CS under the tongue, which delivers the CS almost like an IV, going straight into the blood stream. Not liking the taste, I take an MSM capsule (I make them routinely), open it, and with a dropper, fill it with CS until the MSM is wetted, translucent, then recap, pierce with a pin and put it under my tongue. As long as I keep my tongue plastered to the roof of my mouth, I don't taste it and can keep it there for 1/2, 3/4 of an hour which is optimum. The capsule dissolves, I finally swallow hard and chase with water or juice.
