Anybody see the 'great new product' IV-7? Here's a disguised sales article for it

The article above says it is a mix of ionic silver and citric acid. Is this something we could make at home? Or is it just the silver itself that is getting people well, and it has nothing to do with a chemical mix of CS and citric? Thoughts? Samala, Renee
