I don't actually know why you're taking EIS/CS but if you think it may be beneficial I'd be upping that dose to 8 ounces, maybe even 16 ounces a day for a few days if you think it necessary, then back off to that 2 ounces and see what transpires. Each 8 ounce glass made fresh each time and swallowing half the glass straight down and swirling the remaining few mouthfuls around the mouth and under the tongue for a couple of minutes before swallowing that. You may find yourself paying a visit to the loo more frequently for a while to get rid of water <g>. Bearing in mind EIS/CS may not be what you need for whatever it is that ails you?
