LOL, yeah, I was going to say a teaspoon of kero, but I guess you can't do that 
to a cat, it'll fix the wrigglers up though.
As Tony said, anything that forms a film over the surface of the water and 
still be drinkable.  Wrigglers can't get to the surface to breath hence they 
kark it.
