Well -- not exactly. You actually have to send the email to a specific place at the silver list. The instructions for unsubscribing are at the bottom of this email, under the word "UNSUBSCRIBE". And yes -- the word *unsubscribe* must be in the subject line. There can be no words at al; in the email itself.
