Sorry to seem dense, Ode, but the mechanics of this escape me and I would very 
much like to try it.  Is it done on the toilet, in the tub?  Seems messy for a 
bed.  Gentle pressure on what until the muscles relax.

  You can backfeed the bladder with straight CS...like peeing in reverse.
 Takes a squeeze bulb, warm CS and a gentle pressure till the muscle relaxes 
and 
lets the CS flow
