I use exclusively Bi-Distlled Water sold by CienBar Laboratories in Caracas. It is the highest quality water available. It practically measures no conductivity in my miliAmperimeter at the beginning of the process. When I want to have the batch finished in a shorter time, I add a few ml of CS from a previous batch.
