They seem to be good for infections and some people consider that RA is caused 
by an infection.  I have had good results.  Just do your research.  The prices 
vary a lot.  I purchased mine from ebay.  It is a Z4eX Extreme and has 3 
frequencies.  An electronics friend of mine checked it out and said it was a 
good one at a moderate price.  I'm glad I purchased it as I have benefited 
greatly from it.
