When the wife nebulizes she starts out with a more ionic silver for the first run then uses colloidal silver the rest of the day. She only uses ionic more often if she has a large infection. You will have to adjust the numbers of runs by how he "feels". He will know if it is helping or if needs to do more. Just watch out for large die offs(herx-reaction) have to give the body time to get rid lof the waste.
