I made several bottles of green BW Tincture and use a dropper of it each day just for the organic Iodine. Before I would do a liver cleanse I use 2 teaspoonfuls of the tincture. The liver cleanse does not work for me unless I take the BW first. When I made the tincture I made sure to use green walnuts. Hulda called it organic Iodine.
