I first purchased a Z4Ex Extreme zapper from ebay. I connected it with pads to my feet mostly as I kept getting stung anyplace else. You can research the archives for the conversation on getting stung. I then purchased one of Don Croft's zappers from www.worldwithoutparasites.com. I interchange the two of them as they work a little differently. 15Hz unwinds fascia I was told and that was my experience. PT

Where do you find out how to zap and where to zap?
