I first purchased a Z4Ex Extreme zapper from ebay.  I connected it with pads to 
my feet mostly as I kept getting stung anyplace else.  You can research the 
archives for the conversation on getting stung.  I then purchased one of Don 
Croft's zappers from www.worldwithoutparasites.com.  I interchange the two of 
them as they work a little differently.  15Hz unwinds fascia I was told and 
that 
was my experience.
