I use it regularly-nearly every day. It has been wonderful. Also, anyone with any kind of thyroid issue will probably be greatly, greatly benefitted by the ingestion of iodine. I have used Lugols's at 5% for about 8 years at 50 or more milligrams, not micrograms, per day and am very happy about it. I intend to continue without letup until I can find or experience something fairly major that will convince me to do otherwise. My mistrust of the medical establishment on this issue is complete.
