I add prill beads to my water urn (google them) They both alkalize and make the
water more deeply hydrating) and one small bag of them will 'prill' a lifetime
of water. I also drink my water through a straw, as that stimulates thirst. And
to get the habit of drinking enough, I strung some large counter beads around
the top of my urn, representing the number of glasses that were needed in a
day. A friend stacks pennies in her windowsill and moves one to the other end
each time she drinks a glass. As a Lymie, I find it very easy to lose track, so
this helped.
Be well,
Léna
