Personally I think it depends on what form of EIS/CS is ingested. The so called CS one purchases from the shop may contain more neutral charged particles, which may in turn work their way through the system unchanged resulting in possibly affecting good flora. Home produced EIS/CS is predominantly Ag+ ions, hence they will not work their way through the system unchanged, they will combine with other substances within the bodies system long before they have a chance to affect the good flora.
