My two bobs worth would be ~ I doubt it. I don't think stem cells are just random in the body, they have to be induced in combination or in conjunction with the bodies natural electrical charge developed at the wound site is my understanding. This is of course in general terms and exclusive of any specific stem cell research performed in laboratories for whatever reason. N.
