Sorry to here of your problems.

CS may well help, but by all accounts CS does not penetrate the
intestines very well, being mostly absorbed before it gets there. So
large doses are required, or some method of transporting past the
stomach. I have heard tell of the practice, in the past, of swallowing
silver coins, which was supposed to protect the ingester from
gastro-intestinal infection. The coin was retrieved from the other end
and recycled in a continuous loop.
