Agreed, it looks like spam. I advise never clicking on a link that is not accompanied by a clear explanation of what it represents from a person or source that is known to you.
If you have, then it would be best to run a virus scan on your machine as Jason suggests. The message is from a legitimate member address. Sam posted two other times in 2011 and 2012.
