I've been putting a slightly rounded tablespoon of 20 Mule Team Borax in 5 gallons of water and drinking a quart and a half or so each day for several months, amounting to about a quarter teaspoon per day. No problems here. I'm hoping for the long term benefits promised for boron supplementation, including making it harder for the candida.
