I've recently discovered 'Two Old Goats' (twooldgoats.com) It's a wonderful lotion for Fibro and Arthritis: all natural, herbal, homeopathic, smells lovely, disappears into the skin quickly and works surprisingly well. I've put some in small travel squeeze bottles everywhere, so if I need it, i remember to use it. Great stuff!
