I'm interested too - my back and neck are whacked from skiing and car accidents (hit head on, two separate occasions by drunk drivers). Pain meds make me very ill so I have to manage.
I've started using various supplements that have been successful for my dogs - curcumin, vit c, vit d, boswellia, fish oil, glucosamine, chondroitin, msm, chia seeds, diatomaceous earth (DE), amongst others. I can't really say which is more effective b/c I've never taken them individually - always in combination. I add organic apple cider vinegar to water bowls but I can't stand the taste of it. The dogs, however, look at me funny if ACV isn't in the water. You'll need to do a bit of research for more info and correct dosage. If you want to try DE, be sure it is food grade only.
