Normally you only take CMO for a few weeks to effect a cure.

Theresa,
I've been taking Cetyl Myristoleate for the past year for the sole
purpose of arthritis. However, I also have hypothyroidism and since
taking CMO I have noticed that the symptoms I used to have have
subsided. Hope this helps.

Hello all -
I was wondering if anyone had had any success in taking CMO to
help with auto-immune diseases such as Hashimoto's? I basically
gave it to myself by following bad advice and using Lugol's on top
of Iodoral. Yeah, I know - stupid.
Thanks,
