The name on it is: MY-520A Portable Ultrasonic Nebulizer, MICKEYOO. Googled it 
and shopped for best price. It had been well recommended in one of my groups. 
The instructions are translated and a bit wonky, but the thing works very well, 
once you figure out what they mean. L
