Just as a head's up - many people are caught in the cycle of being
deficient in a certain chemical - in this case say B12 - but also have
the inability for whatever reason to absorb it. In which case it would
probably be a wise choice to remedy any condition that may be barring
the B12 from being absorbed in the gut. Could be parasitic, could be
acidic, could be colonic blockages of any number of varieties including
plaque. Whatever the case may be, in order to avoid more deficiency
while you're sorting out the reason, you may want to consider B12
injections or patches which would override the gut and go straight into
the bloodstream.
