In my experience I found some simple truths that I trust:

 - Check the Weston Price Foundation.
http://www.westonaprice.org

Dr. Price discovered long ago that our teeth can naturally repair/maintain
themselves with proper nutrition. He also found that in the absence of
proper nutrition, the combination of Cod liver oil and butter oil can
supplement the modern diet effectively. The challenge is finding a trusted
source for those foods. I now only use products from Green Pastures:
http://www.greenpasture.org

 - For brushing and gum maintenance, I use only my own paste - baking
powder and sea salt mixed 4 to 1. I then dip my bush in colloidal silver
and rub it into about half a teaspoon of the powder in my hand to make
paste. Works great.

My teeth and gums have improved beyond what I thought was possible. As
such, I have little trust or need for any other daily tooth care. I don't
expect that I will ever have a cavity or gum problem again. And it's nice
not to need a dentist either ;-)

Hope that helps. It healed my cavities and gums. I would emphasize that the
source of your nutrition is key. You really need a trusted source for your
foods, as not all cod liver oils, etc. are created equally.
