But..............boron also causes increased estrogen, and at least some people (me) have symptoms of excess parathyroid hormone already. I'm still debating with myself whether a trial is worth the risk of increased estrogen and PTH........the list of benefits is intriguing.

But before I try it I'd like to hear from someone who supplements it who has low calcium, low D, high estrogen, and to high PTH.......
