Yeah, Chuck. Then enlarged hole to 1/2" swirled and water still wouldn't come out. I loosened the cap to get air and water flowed but no vortex. I'm just going to do it with a funnel several times to make sure there's a good vortex. Can't find Lew's cognac bottles so far. And David. Don't need your message in a bottle. Too much water between us. wong
