Electrically Isolated Silver...Just distinguishes the home made product which consists mostly of electrically positively charged silver ions from the purchased product which consists of neutral charged particles, or so called 'colloids', and in whatever quantity advertising blurbs state their product contains of 'colloids'. Mostly it's no different to what we make in our kitchens, marketers just use 'techno babble' to blind people with fictional science and misleading information. Their motto is "If you can't convince 'em, confuse 'em" <g>.
