Hi Deb, I have had great luck with Kleen Green which is digestive enzymes which dissolve the exoskeleton of many parasitic creepy critters including scabies, bed bugs, biting mites, dust mites, ants, fleas, head lice roaches, stink bugs, etc. I've been using it for several years for many of the above luckily not had some of the above.
