Could others comment more on this point? I too use the Beck Protocol, so I love to see your comments Marshal. But I do not like the idea of ozonating my CS for several reasons:
1. Water should be very cold to best capture and hold ozone. I use a lot of ice. To my knowledge, ice water is not good for CS quality and potency. 2. I am concerned that ozonating weakens the CS via oxidation and potentially other avenues. I simply do not know enough about potential CS degradation in that process. Could we be triggering other compounds to form? 3. I use the ozonated water before pulsing, as that is optimal for pulsing. But it is not recommended to use CS before pulsing. 4. I drink a lot of ozonated water when pulsing, which is again optimal (several glasses or more). I would not drink nearly as much colloidal silver as ozonated water. 5. I sip and swish CS in small amounts at various times, as it is convenient to keep bottles of it by my bed, in the bathroom, kitchen, etc., and it has a long shelf life. Ozonated water loses it potency / effectiveness within twenty minutes. 6. I use filtered water for ozonating, but not distilled. Might Ozone escape more quickly from distilled water or CS? As you can see I have lots of concerns, and I do not know of any benefits. If anyone could educate me further on these points I would appreciate it. I am always looking to optimize my processes and methods. I keep my ozonated water and CS separate for that reason, but maybe I am wrong? Thanks.
