He is talking CS but measurements are in milligrams of silver?
I wouldn't call it confusing, so much as it is not a very
well designed experiment. He has no control data (comparing
the results for someone who did not intentionally consume
silver) and made no attempt to quantify possible errors in
his measurements.
I also could not find, in the paper, how he measured the
total silver contained in the suspension he was consuming.
His outgoing measurements consistently exceeded his claimed
input of silver. So was there an error in some of his
measurements, or was he also receiving additional silver
from his environment?
So, it is interesting, but not very conclusive about
anything. If he had tried to publish this paper in a
scientific journal, the peer review would have sent it back
for more work.
What is the problem with using milligram results (total
weight of silver going in and out)?
