Hi Ron, I've two remarks on your prostatitis and bladder infection issues:
My sibling has to catheterize to urinate and, like you, often gets infections. Regular oral CS has well controlled them. For my part, I've found beta sitosterol effective at reducing the symptoms of enlarged prostate. For me it took a couple of weeks to kick in, but when it did, it was like a switch was thrown. I went from up twice a night to pee, to sleeping through most nights. That's been my experience. YMMV. Be well, Mike D.
