Apparently towns and borders are being quarantined and blocked in Africa and yet they allow this dude to calmly and casually step on a plane and fly to the US, and not a single military or medical or any other authority representative present to immediately quarantine him upon alighting from that plane when it hits the old Terra Firma - WHAT THE...???
