This is fantastic information from Ready Nutrition, thanks, TJ for passing this helpful guide along. One of the challenge I find in storing food for emergency is that I'm celiac -so can't have any gluten - plus no dairy, no soy and soy lecithin, etc. I got to look up foods that has grass fed protein that won't spoil.
