Sending an email to [email protected] with subject "Unsubscribe" without the quotation marks likely does the trick automagically--clicking this link (if it comes through as a link) should do all that automatically so you just have to hit send: mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe.
Sending an email with any other subject (as yours below), would require someone to notice the request and manually unsubscribe you (I'm just another list subscriber, so I can't do that for you).
