Re my last post; forgot to say our city water is snow melt from the Coast mountain range of British Columbia,Canada.This water is acidic, I distill some for potable use,then restructure it with trace minerals to bring it up to approx.7.4 Ph.The distilling for potable use is done because of the water mains are getting old [and cruddy !] Cheers to all.
