Hi Ron, Thank you for graciously acknowledging the responses of the other members. And thanks to everyone for keeping this debate from slipping over the edge into incivility. Only a couple of *hints* of ad-hominem slipped through. <grin> What you describe above is exactly how I've had to navigate the alternative health field for the last 17 years. I'll read the marketing hype and the inevitable screeds of the professional debunkers, but it is the personal reports of success or failure from people who're NOT trying to sell me anything that I value the most. You still have to account for people's enthusiasm for something that worked for them, but so long as there's no true conflict of interest, I tend to take their "anecdotal reports" as worthwhile data for deciding whether something deserves a closer look. That's why the rules for this place have always placed restrictions on the amount of commercial activity. I wanted to be sure that the voices of individuals aren't drowned out. I used MMS pretty aggressively for a time a few years back. Unfortunately it didn't do much for me, as what I was attempting to treat didn't turn out to be pathogenic in origin. I looked on with some amusement as the transition to the religious approach took place, but haven't followed things that closely. It strikes me as being a clever tactic, at least. I have some MMS in reserve if I decide I need to use it. I use CS every day. Be well, Mike D. silver-list owner -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver.
