RE: Copper, I cannot comment on colloidal but in the Ayurvedic system, you put water in a copper cup before you go to bed and then in the AM you drink it. This serves to flush your system. However it is way to strong for me. I cannot imagine adding more copper to water. Cooking with a copper pot is considered poisonous. I am guessing you are using it topically?
