I get mine in bulk from Feed 'n' Seed. The AniMed brand. Yes MSM for animals, but the same grade as human. Been taking it for years. The first time I took it I herxed rather dramatically and asked lymestrategies if MSM was a Lyme killer (herxes being the reaction to the toxic by-products of killing Lyme pathogens). I was told, No, that MSM didn't work that way, but simply amplified the efficiency of the protocol I was on. As for your question about sulphur, dunno. I don't take sulphur otherwise, although there's a small amount in my well water sometimes. I generally distill my drinking water but still use tap for ice-cubes.
